Ingredientes

4 large Large eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 self-rising flour
2 c. of sweet lowfat milk

1/2 stick butter, melted
7 ounces coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Direcciones

Mix all ingredients. Grease 2 pie pans and pour ingredients equally into them.
Bake at 350
