Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 lb Mochi rice
  • 1 can (12 ounce) frzn coconut lowfat milk thawed
  • 1 pkt (1 lb.) dark brown sugar packed)

Direcciones

  1. Rinse rice and cook in rice cooker. In saucepan combine coconut lowfat milk and 1 1/4 c. of the brown sugar. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly till thickened. (Approx. 20 minutes.)
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Put cooked rice into a large bowl. Reserving 1/2 c. of coconut mix, stir remainder and remaining brown sugar proportionately into warm rice. Put into prepared pan. Top with reserved 1/2 c. of coconut lowfat milk mix. Bake for 20 min then broil for 5 min to set topping. Cut into small pcs.
  4. Makes 45 servings.
