  • 1 pkt Dry yeast
  • 1/2 c. Hot water Continued....

  1. Put in bowl and let stand for 15 min. While standing, not you the bread, add in 1 tbsp. sugar.
  2. Add in: 2 more tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. oil 1 large can evaporated lowfat milk 4 c. of flour
  3. Beat with mixer. Beat well. Grease two 1 pound coffee tins. Grease lid.
  4. Divide dough into can and cover lightly with lid. Let rise till lid pops up, about 45 min. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 min in cans.
