Ingredientes

  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 c. or possibly 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. nuts, minced
  • 2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Mix all dry ingredients. Fold in all liquid ingredients. Stir till smooth. Grease and flour four 1-pound coffee cans. Fill half full with batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
