- In large mixing bowl, soften gelatin in coffee liqueur. Add in warm coffee, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir till gelatin is totally dissolved.
- Refrigeratethe coffee mix till almost hard, then beat till totally free of lumps. In a separate bowl, whip the cream and vanilla together, till the cream forms soft peaks. Fold cream into coffee mix. Spoon into 9-inch pie crust. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs before serving.
