Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. Coffee liqueur
  • 2 c. Warm strong coffee
  • 1/2 c. Pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 c. Whipping cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 x Graham cracker crust

Direcciones

  1. In large mixing bowl, soften gelatin in coffee liqueur. Add in warm coffee, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Stir till gelatin is totally dissolved.
  2. Refrigeratethe coffee mix till almost hard, then beat till totally free of lumps. In a separate bowl, whip the cream and vanilla together, till the cream forms soft peaks. Fold cream into coffee mix. Spoon into 9-inch pie crust. Refrigerateat least 2 hrs before serving.
  3. Serves 8
