Receta Coffee & Cream for Dessert
Ingredientes
- White Chocolate Panna Cotta
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1-1/4 c. plain low fat yogurt
- 1/2 t. Kosher salt, divided
- 1 t. pure vanilla extract
- 1 pkg. of unflavored, powdered gelatin (Knox)
- 3 T. hot water (for blooming the gelatin)*
- 11 oz. white chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli chips.)
- 2 1/2 c. whole milk, divided
- 2 T. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. plus 2 1/2 T. sugar
- 1/8 t. salt
