Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 2 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 can Red kidney beans, liquid removed 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1/2 c. Coffee Liqueur
  • 2 med Onions, minced
  • 2 lb Grnd chuck
  • 1 Tbsp. Cumin
  • 1 tsp Marjoram, dry
  • 3 can Tomatoes, (1 lb cans)
  • 1/4 c. Parsley

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in a 4 qt pan. Add in onions and garlic. Saute/fry till transparent.
  2. Add in meat, cook till browned. Drain well in a colander. Return meat to pan and add in chili pwdr, cumin, cayenne, and marjoram. Stir over medium heat for 3 min. Add in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 45 min. To serve top with cheese, onion, lowfat sour cream.
