Receta Cold Cherry Tomato Soup

- Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add in onion, sugar, and garlic; saute/fry 5 min. Add in tomatoes, 1 Tbsp. chives, salt, pepper, and broth; cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 20 min.
- Place tomato mix and yogurt in a food processor, and process till smooth. Pour mix into a bowl; stir in lowfat milk. Cover and chill.
- Yield: 6servings (serving size: 3/4 c.).
- NOTES : Ladle into individual bowls, and top with remaining chives.
