Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg Cucumber, peeled and seeded
  • 12 ounce Cream cheese
  • 3 x Or possibly
  • 4 x Green onions with 3 inch green tops
  • 1 bn fresh parsley, stems removed
  • 3 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream
  • 3/4 tsp Salt Heavy or possibly light cream according to preference Freshly grnd white pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cut cucumber, cream cheese and green onions into 1 inch pcs and place with parsley, lowfat sour cream and salt in food processor. Whirl for 6 seconds.
  2. Scrape down container's sides and whirl for 1 or possibly 2 seconds more to achieve a fairly smooth texture. Chill for at least 4 hrs. Thin with cream to desired consistency. Pour into chilled bowls and sprinkle with white pepper.
  3. Yield: 4 servings.
