Ingredientes

  • 1 med Cucumber
  • 1 x 150 milliliter carton greek lowfat yoghurt
  • 1/2 x A lemon, juice of
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 handf fresh mint
  • 1 x Garlic clove, peeled, roughly minced Salt and pepper
  • 2 x Mini pitta breads

Direcciones

  1. 1 Roughly chop the cucumber and blend in a processor along with the lowfat yoghurt, lemon juice, water, mint, garlic and seasoning.
  2. 2 Toast the pitta breads over a flame or possibly under the grill till hot through. Pour the soup into a bowl and serve with the ice-cubes added in and pittas around the side.
