Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 3 c. Cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 c. Diagonally sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. Sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c. Thinly sliced dry apricots Crisp lettuce leaves Toasted almonds for garnish

Direcciones

  1. In bowl, combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and lowfat milk. Blend in lemon juice, mustard, curry pwdr and garlic salt. Add in chicken, celery, green onions and apricots. Refrigeratefor several hrs. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves and garnish with slivered almonds if you like.
