Ingredientes

  • 1 x European Cucumber peeled, seeded, and minced
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat yogurt
  • 1 1/2 c. Buttermilk
  • 1 med clove garlic chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chives finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh dill finely minced Salt and white pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Puree half the cucumber in food processor with steel blade for about 20-30seconds. Combine the yogurt and buttermilk in m bowl, adding the pureed
  2. mix , garlic, chives, and dill. Mix well. In processor, pulse reamingcucumber into small chunks. Add in to pureed mix. Add in salt and pepper.
  3. Taste and correct seasonings. Chill till chilled. Garnish with fresh dillor minced walnuts.
