Ingredientes

  • 1 tbsp of chopped green onions
  • 2 medium ripe mangoes
  • 1/2 tbsp calamansi juice
  • 1/4 cup of orange juice
  • 1 250ml all-purpose cream
  • 1/4 tsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped

Direcciones

  1. Place first six ingredients in blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl. Add broth and cucumber.
  3. Season to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
