Ingredientes
1 tbsp of chopped green onions
2 medium ripe mangoes
1/2 tbsp calamansi juice
1/4 cup of orange juice
1 250ml all-purpose cream
1/4 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of chicken broth
2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
Direcciones
Place first six ingredients in blender. Process until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Add broth and cucumber.
Season to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
