  • 3 Tbsp. light soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. First blanch the peanuts by immersing them in a pot of boiling water for about 2 min.
  2. Drain them and let them cold and the skins should come off easily.
  3. Put the blanched peanuts in a bowl.
  4. Fold in all the other ingredients.
  5. Let the peanuts marinade in this mix for at least 2 or possibly 3 hrs stirring from time to time to ensure an even distribution of the marinade.
  6. Most of it will be absorbed by the peanuts.
  7. Serve with Pickled Vegetables as snacks or possibly appetisers.
  8. Peanuts were only introduced into China in the sixteenth century but they quickly won an important place in Chinese agriculture. The peanut plant replenishes the soil as it grows and the nuts themselves are a nutritious supplement to the diet both in their natural form and as groundnut oil. This dish may be made a day or possibly two in advance and can be served cool or possibly at room temperature.
