Ingredientes

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 stk oleo
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 3 tsp lemon extract (NOT LEMON JUICE)

Direcciones

  1. Sift flours together 5 times. Cream oleo and shortening. Add in sugar gradually. Add in flour a small portion at a time, beating after each addition. Add in lemon extract. Turn into greased, floured, 10 inch tube pan(angel food pan). Put in Cool oven. Set oven to bake at 325 degrees. Bake 1 hour and 15 min.
