All you have to do is like me on Facebook and Twitter and Tweet about it. I will contact you on Facebook to let you know you won. The giveaway ends on the June 25, 2013.

Cold Sesame Noodles
Ingredients:
- 1 pound chinese egg noodles
- 2 cups Bok choy
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 6 tablespoons tahini paste or peanut butter
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
- 2 garlic cloves
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the noodles. Cook until just tender about 3-4 minutes. Add Bok choy and cook an additional 2 minutes. Drain well. Toss them with the sesame oil to coat. Cover and refrigerate.
In a large bowl thin the sesame paste by stirring enough water into the paste to thin it out. Whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce and sugar. Add the mixture to the tahini. Stir in the garlic.
Just before serving toss the chilled noodles with the sauce.
Peace be with you,
Veronica
