Ingredientes

1 3/4 c. minced, peeled, seeded cucumber
1 x - 10 3/4 ounce. can condensed cream of potato soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth

1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
2 Tbsp. minced scallion

Direcciones

In a large bowl till well blended. Cover and chill. Serve sprinkled with minced scallion.
