Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt or possibly yogurt cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 c. coarsely minced cabbage
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/4 c. minced green peppers
  • 1/4 c. finely minced celery

Direcciones

  1. Combine yogurt, vinegar, and honey in bowl large sufficient to hold coleslaw. Stir till smooth and well blended.
  2. Add in vegetables and mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigeratefor 15 min or possibly longer before serving.
  4. Notes: prep time: 10 min; Chilling tine: 15 min
