Receta Colourful Salad 缤纷莎拉
Prepared this healthy colourful salad with leftover cabbage, carrot and some fresh fruits as light lunch yesterday. It was so refreshing and satisfying that I almost finished up the whole bowl all by myself! In fact, there's no exact measurements for the ingredients, just chop all the ingredients and toss them well with lemon juice and mayonnaise. Then serve.

Colourful Salad
Ingredients:
- about 300g cabbage
- 1 stick carrot
- 1 red apple
- lemon juice
- red/yellow kiwifruit
- grapes
- lemon juice to taste
- mayonnaise to taste
coriander leaves
大约300克 高丽菜
1条 胡萝卜
1个 红苹果
1个 红/黄奇异果
Method 做法:
Chop fruits into pieces and shred cabbage and carrot finely.
Toss well with chopped coriander leaves and add -3 tablespoon lemon juice
挤入1-3汤匙柠檬汁和适量的芫荽一起拌匀。
Add mayonnaise to taste, mix well to combine and serve immediately.
