Commander's Garlic Anchovy Salad Dressing

Ingredientes

  • 2 ounce anchovy fillets see * Note
  • 12 x garlic cloves mashed
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/4 med onion minced
  • 1/2 c. freshly-groate Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp coarsely-grnd black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil plus
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Note: The anchovies are packaged in small tins. Two ounces is about 12 fillets or possibly 2 Tbsp..
  2. Place all ingredients except oil in food processor. Process and add in oil slowly while processor is running. Adjust salt and pepper if needed.
