Everyone is talking trends. No doubt you’ve noticed that there’s been no shortage of 2014 food trend predictions — from restaurant consultants, market research firms and ad agencies to media, food manufacturers and gurus of all sorts. I eat this up every year, and I’ve done my best to collect these trend lists as they come out (which is earlier and earlier every year). Seems like there’s a lot that’s the same as 2013 — and some similarities between the lists. You’ll find links to all of the sources I’ve reviewed so it’s in one handy spot.
