%20you%20will%20most%20likely%20end%20up%20with%20a%20backlog%20of%20photo%20files%20to%20sort%20through.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20files%20had%20gotten%20so%20big,%20they%20were%20bogging%20down%20my%20computer.%20It%20was%20time%20to%20stop%20procrastinating%20and%20get%20to%20work.%20I%20have%20deleted%20hundreds%20on%20photos%20and%20transferred%20others%20to%20an%20external%20drive.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20do%20photograph%20many%20things%20other%20than%20food%20and%20this%20process%20has%20taken%20me%20down%20a%20memory%20lane%20of%20the%20past%20couple%20of%20years.%20There%20are%20so%20many%20cute%20pictures%20of%20the%20children--they%20grow%20and%20change%20so%20fast.%20There%20were%20pictures%20of%20my%20head,%20bald%20from%20chemo,%20to%20growing%20out,%20to%20my%20first%20haircut%20last%20week.%20There%20are%20many%20photos%20of%20beautiful%20flowers,%20birds,%20bunnies,%20butterflies,%20and%20bugs%20from%20our%20yard.%20Scenic%20photos%20from%20the%20gorgeous,%20vibrant,%20and%20hip%20place%20I%20am%20blessed%20to%20live--Asheville,%20North%20Carolina.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMandarin%20Chicken%20Salad%20As%20I%20culled%20photographs,%20I%20decided%20to%20share%20some%20of%20the%20things%20I%20have%20made,%20we%20ate,%20but%20never%20made%20it%20to%20my%20blog.%20Mainly%20because%20I%20wasn't%20pleased%20with%20the%20photos.%20But%20also%20because%20I%20wasn't%20thrilled%20with%20the%20taste%20of%20the%20food.%20I%20only%20blog%20about%20things%20I%20think%20are%20delicious.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20example,%20the%20Mandarin%20Chicken%20Salad.%20Ho-hum.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EShrimp,%20Brown%20Rice,%20and%20Vegetable%20Salad%20I%20can%20see%20the%20salad%20has%20a%20dressing%20but%20I%20don't%20remember%20what%20it%20was.%20Which%20is%20another%20danger%20of%20letting%20my%20photo%20files%20back%20up.%20I%20can't%20remember%20what%20I%20did.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20remember%20loving%20the%20brown%20rice%20and%20tofu%20bowl--I%20would%20happily%20eat%20it%20right%20now.%20I%20suppose%20I%20could%20fake%20some%20recipes.%20.%20.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMany%20things%20I%20love,%20tuna,%20cheese,%20boiled%20eggs,%20radishes,%20cornichons,%20sprouts%20(!)%20with%20baby%20lettuces.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWaldorf%20Quinoa%20Salad%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20was%20really%20happy%20with%20this%20meal,%20but%20I%20didn't%20get%20any%20photos%20I%20loved.%20Quinoa,%20grapes,%20celery,%20apples,%20lettuce,%20candied%20pecans,%20and%20crumbled%20blue%20cheese.%20(Some%20kind%20of%20dressing).%20Mmmm,%20I%20think%20I'll%20try%20this%20again.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20was%20also%20happy%20about%20this%20meal,%20but%20again%20did%20not%20get%20shots%20of%20it%20that%20I%20loved.%20It%20was%20an%20awesome%20combination%20of%20flavors,%20quinoa,%20black%20beans,%20roasted%20Japanese%20sweet%20potatoes,%20pineapple,%20cheddar%20cheese,%20and%20spinach.%20I%20dressed%20this%20one%20with%20a%20Honey%20Lime%20Vinaigrette.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPut%20all%20ingredients%20into%20blender%20and%20process%20until%20smooth.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
