Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Conch, grnd
  • 1 x Green pepper, minced
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 3 ounce Tomato paste
  • 3 c. Self-rising flour

Direcciones

  1. Mix the grnd conch with green pepper, onion, salt, black pepper and baking pwdr. Stir in the tomato paste and flour. Shape into balls and spoon into warm oil. Fry till golden. Serve with cocktail sauce.
  2. NOTE: I like to add in 2 TSP. warm sauce to the batter. (The Orange Bowl
