Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 4 ounce Canadian bacon salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 pkt Hollandaise sauce, packet

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 3750176. Whisk Large eggs and water together. Chop bacon in small pcs. Combine with egg mix. Season to taste. Lightly spray saute/fry pan with vegetable oil spray. Place egg mix in pan and cook and scramble Large eggs over medium heat. Place a scant Tbsp. of cooked egg mix in the center of a piece of bread. Place second piece of bread on top and cut into a 3" circle. Heat butter till it liquefies; don't boil. Brush the tarts lightly with melted butter.
  2. Bake on baking stone for 10 - 12 minute or possibly till golden. Prepare sauce according to package directions. Drizzle sauce over tarts or possibly dip tarts in the sauce. Serve hot.
