Connie's Meatloaf

This is a normal meatloaf recipe with a few of "MY" extras added to it. I've been making it 20 years and people at church would specifically ask me to bring it to dinnners.

Va Bien Con: cheesy potatoes, baby french green beans

Ingredientes

  • 2lb. hamburger meat
  • 2 tsp. season salt
  • 2 eggs
  • salt/pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Topping: 1/2 cup or 3/4 cup of ketchup
  • 3 tbsp. of brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat over 350
  2. Combine all the ingredients and mash together.
  3. Place in a casserole dish. Pat down.
  4. Add topping mixture to top of meatloaf.
  5. Place in preheated over, 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes and take out to see if cooked. It may need another 10-15 minutes. Drain carefully.
