Ingredientes

  • 8 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 3 T butter
  • 8 individual dishes or possibly ramekins

Direcciones

  1. Butter the dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Break each egg into a cup and slide it carefully into the chosen dish. Pour 1 tbsp cream over each egg. Set the dish on a baking sheet and bake 7 min at 350 degrees till the whites are almost hard and the yolk is barely set.
