- 7.) one 4 inch piece of cinnamon stick
- 8.) 10 peppercorns
- 9.) 4 bay leaves
- Cook this all together until the onion is lightly browned. Then add in your ground spice powder along with:
- 10.) 3 tsps of garam masala
- 11.) 1/4 tsp of turmeric
- 12.) 1 tsp of paprika
- Fry the spices for abut 30 seconds then add in:
- 13.) a 3 inch piece of ginger finely minced
- 14.) 4 crushed shallots
- 15.) 3/4 cup of thick plain yogurt
- 16.) 1 2/3 cups of water
- 17.) and your lamb
