Ingredientes

  • 2 x Onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter Or possibly Margarine
  • 1 c. Grnd Cook Meat
  • 2 slc stale white bread Lowfat milk Or possibly Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Stir-fry onion in butter in a heavy skillet 5 min. Add in grnd meat. Remove from heat.
  2. Soak bread in just sufficient lowfat milk to cover.
  3. When thoroughly soaked, about 10 min, squeeze out excess lowfat milk.
  4. Stir bread, salt, and pepper into onion mix till well combined.
  5. YIELD: 2 to 3 c.
