Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. unsalted butter - (3 sticks)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 lrg egg yolks
  • 3 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 6 ounce semisweet chocolate

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in egg yolks, flour, salt, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Fill a cookie press with the dough, and press out cookies 1 to 2 inches apart onto an greased baking sheet.
  3. Bake till lightly browned, 7 to 10 min. Cold cookies on a rack.
  4. Heat chocolate in a small, heavy pan over medium-low heat. Spread it on the cookie bottoms, and stick them together in pairs.
  5. This recipe yields 2 to 3 dozen cookies.
