Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. butter or possibly shortening
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 x egg yolk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp orange extract
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
  • 2 c. sifted flour

Direcciones

  1. For chocolate cookies, add in 5 Tbsp. cocoa and use a whole egg.
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg yolk. Beat in extract and grated rind. Sift in salt and flour.
  3. Press through cookie maker onto cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min at 425 to 450.
