Ingredientes

  • Poly-Whipped Topping (homemade cold-whip)
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • 2 tsp cool water
  • 3 Tbsp. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. ice water
  • 1/2 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. oil

Direcciones

  1. Refrigeratea small mixing bowl. Soften gelatin with 2 tsp. cool water, then add in boiling water, stirring till gelatin is completely dissolved. Cold till tepid.
  2. Place ice water and nonfat dry lowfat milk in the chilled bowl. Beat at high speed till mix forms stiff peaks.
  3. Add in sugar, still beating, then oil and gelatin.
  4. Place in freezer about 15 min then transfer to refrigerator till ready for use.
  5. Stir before using to retain creamy texture.
