Ingredientes

  • 1 stk whole butter
  • 4 whl bananas peeled, quartered
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. light cream or possibly half-and-half
  • 1 ounce banana liqueur
  • 1 ounce rum Biscuits, lb. cake or possibly ice cream for serving

Direcciones

  1. Place 1/2 of the butter in a heavy gauge skillet over medium heat and heat. Add in the sugar and cream and cook till the sugar is dissolved, approximately 2 min. Add in cut bananas and the cinnamon to the skillet and stir to coat.
  2. Remove the skillet from the flame and add in the rum and the banana liquor. Swirl to incorporate and place the skillet back on the flame. Be careful because the alcohol may ignite when you place it back on the flame. Add in the remaining butter and swirl to incorporate.
  3. Serve over lb. cake, biscuits or possibly your favorite ice cream.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
