Ingredientes

  • Chicken breast.
  • Sliced ham.
  • Gouda cheese.
  • Spinach.
  • Chorizo or pepperoni.
  • Cream cheese.
  • Prune or strawberry light jam.
  • Salt, pepper and garlic paste.

Direcciones

  1. Cut your chicken breasts very thin, season with a bit of garlic paste, salt and pepper and let it rest.
  2. I personally beat a bit on the breasts to make them more flexible for what's coming.
  3. Boil your spinach leaves for a minute.
  4. I place some aluminum foil and on top of that the chicken breast, on top of that the ham, then the cheese, the spinach leave, some cream cheese and a touch of the jam.
  5. Instead of rolling, I wrap it all with the chicken breast to form ball. With the aluminum foil its easy to tighten it to make a perfect ball (you're wrapping it all in aluminum foil)
  6. Put water to boil and let the aluminum foil "balls" boil for 15 minutes. Unwrap.
  7. I give it some color with burned sugar in oil and serve it on a spinach leave.
  8. Enjoy,
  9. Arturo
