Ingredientes

  • 125 gm Fresh breadcrumbs or possibly 113g pack natural, (4oz) crumbs
  • 1 x Lemon, zest of
  • 1 x 15 g pack fresh coriander, finely minced Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 2 med Size Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 x 750 gram pac economy turkey breasts
  • 3 Tbsp. Sunflower oil
  • 1 x Clove garlic
  • 1/2 x Lemon, juice of
  • 6 Tbsp. JS low calorie mayonnaise

Direcciones

  1. For the goujons, mix together the breadcrumbs, lemon zest, coriander, and seasoning.
  2. Pour the beaten Large eggs on to a plate and dip the turkey strips into it.
  3. Firmly press the turkey strips into the breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the goujons for approximately 5 min till golden and cooked through.
  5. For the dip, add in the garlic and lemon juice to the mayonniase and stir well to combine.
  6. NOTES : These goujons make an ideal snack, or possibly as part of a buffet or possibly starter and are easy to make.
