Receta Coriander and Mint Biryani
Ingredients:
- Raw Rice – 2 cups
- Mint Leaves – 1 small bunch, chopped
- Coriander Leaves – 1 small bunch, chopped
- Coconut – 1/4 cup, grated
- Green Chillies – 2
- Onion – 1, finely sliced
- Tomato – 1, chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Oil – 3 tblsp
- Salt as per taste
