It should taken in empty stomach, take food after an hour..This kashayam is based on the experience. Ingredients: Serves 3 to 4 1 inch - Ginger 1 tbsp - Coriander seeds Sugar/jaggery /honey as needed (optional) Preparation method: Crush the coriander and ginger, pour hot boiling water over it. let it sit for 10 to 15 mins. Drain using strainer. drink it as it is or add any sweetener of your choice. Drink it on empty stomach, eat after 30 mins to 1 hours. Eat healthy and stay healthy.
