Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Boiled fresh corn chilled
  • 1/2 c. Grated carrot
  • 1 med Onion minced fine
  • 1 med Tomato minced fine
  • 1/2 c. Coriander minced fine
  • 1 lrg Potato boiled
  • 1/2 c. Curd or possibly plain lowfat yoghurt
  • 1/2 c. Sev, (fine)
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 1 tsp Lime juice
  • 1 x Finely minced green chilly, (or possibly equivalent paste)
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds powdered.

Direcciones

  1. Tie the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 hrs. Chop potato finely. Keep aside sev and half the coriander. Just before serving mix ingredients well in a large mixing bowl. Transfer to individual bowls. Garnish with sev and coriander. Serve with lowfat milk Shakes or possibly tea.
