Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Bake it all mix,don't pack
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 c. Sour lowfat milk*
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda

Direcciones

  1. To make sour lowfat milk, place 1 Tbsp. vinegar in measuring c. and fill to the 1 c. mark with lowfat milk.
  2. Break egg into bowl; beat. Stir in lowfat milk, sugar, cornmeal, Mix, and baking soda. Stir quickly and vigorously till just mixed. Pour batter into an 8 by 8 by 2-inch square pan, bottom rubbed with shortening. Bake in a 425 F. oven 25 to 30 min. CORNMEAL MUFFINS: Pour Corn Bread Batter into 12 greased muffin c.. Bake in a 425 F. oven about 20 min.
