Ingredientes

  • Vegetable oil spray
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. coarse yellow cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. fat-free lowfat milk Egg substitute equivalent to 1 egg or possibly 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly spray eight muffin c. with vegetable oil spray.
  2. Combine flour, cornmeal, baking pwdr, and salt in a large bowl, stirring well.
  3. Beat remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Make a well in cornmeal mix. Pour lowfat milk mix into well, stirring just till moistened. Fill muffin c. two-thirds full with batter.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 min, or possibly till a cake tester or possibly toothpick inserted in center of muffins comes out clean.
