Ingredientes

  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 ounce plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 can creamed corn - (8 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. evaporated fat-free (skim) lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir just till moistened (don't overbeat).
  2. Pour the batter into 6 individual souffle c. and bake for 30 min or possibly till a knife inserted in the c. comes out clean. Serve warm.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
