Receta Corn bread pot pie

Preheat oven to 350

In one sauce pan melt butter, remove from heat.

Stir into butter the vegtables, chicken, soup, milk, salt, and pepper

place mixture in a 2 quart cassarole dish.

in a medium bowl stir together self rising cornmeal, egg, 1/4 cup of milk and vegtable oil
6.
spoon mixture over vegtable mix
7.
Bake 30minutes or until golden brown
