Ingredientes
- 1 c. corn meal
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. sweet lowfat milk
- 3 T shortening, melted
- 1 lg. egg
Direcciones
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr, salt, sugar and corn meal. Put together melted lard, lowfat milk, and beaten egg. Pour into dry ingredients; give a couple quick stirs and pour into greased molds. Bake in hot oven at 375 degrees for about 25 min.
