Ingredientes

  • 1 pt Corn, fresh or possibly canned
  • 1/2 lb Grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 stk butter

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients and place in casserole. Sprinkle additional bread crumbs over surface and dot with butter. Bake in moderate oven for 60 min.
