Receta Corn Jalapeno Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Grnd meat
- 1 can Whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Minced jalapeno peppers
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Bread crumbs
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 med Bell pepper, minced
- 1 pkt Cheddar cheese, (optional)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 1. Starting at the top, combine all ingredients (mixing well after each addition) except Cheddar cheese.
- 2. Season to taste.
- 3. Pour mix into a casserole dish. Top with Cheddar cheese.
- 4. Bake for 30-45 min.
