Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg Onions, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Shortening
  • 1 c. Corn meal
  • 1 sm Can mushrooms
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 lb Grnd round steak
  • 1 lrg Can tomatoes Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Brown onions in fat, add in meat. Add in corn meal, tomatoes, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 hours. in skillet over slow fire.
