Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Organic cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 4 ounce Butter
  • 2 c. Buttermilk
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mix together the cornmeal, salt, soda, flour and butter till the mix resembles coarse meal. Add in buttermilk and lowfat milk. Stir to moisten and form a batter.
  2. Combine fresh berries and slices of stone fruit with maple syrup to make the compote to serve with the pancakes.
