Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Shortening
  • 1 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 c. Corn meal Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Cream shortening and sugar, beat in Large eggs. Stir in baking pwdr, corn meal and sufficient lowfat milk to make a light cake batter. Bake in a slow oven (300 degrees) till it tests done, 45 min to an hour.
