Ingredientes

  • 1 can Creamed corn
  • 3 x Large eggs Beaten
  • 1 can Kernel Corn ( or possibly another can of creamed corn)
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Muffin Mix
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Mix all together. Bake in casserole at 350 F for about 45 min to an hour. This tastes great with your chili poured over top
