Ingredientes

1 can Creamed corn
3 x Large eggs Beaten
1 can Kernel Corn ( or possibly another can of creamed corn)

1/2 c. margarine
1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Muffin Mix
1 c. Lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

Mix all together. Bake in casserole at 350 F for about 45 min to an hour. This tastes great with your chili poured over top
