Ingredientes

  • 2 quart Cut corn
  • 1 can (large) tomato sauce
  • 1 whl fresh tomato, minced
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 1 lb Salt pork or possibly pickled pork
  • 2 can Cream style corn
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 quart Water

Direcciones

  1. Boil salt meat or possibly pickle pork in water, till tender. Take out of water and cut in small pcs. Saute/fry onions and meat in oil till onions are transparent. Add in cut corn, tomato sauce, minced tomato, and sugar. Stir well and cook mix over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 1O min. Add in 1-1/2 qts water and 2 cans creamed corn. Let simmer about 30 min.
  2. Good served with garlic bread.
