Ingredientes

  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 4 ounce green minced chilies

Direcciones

  1. Combine cornmeal baking pwdr and cheese.Mix Large eggs, oil, lowfat sour cream, corn and chilies. Add in wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir to combine and moisten. spoon into a 12 c. well greased bundt pan. Bake 400 degrees 40 to 50 min or possibly tested done. let stand 10 min in the pan and invert carefully onto a serving plate. Serve warm or possibly hot. Very impressive !
